How do I join Relay?

We’re a boutique agency and work with a carefully selected roster of niche creators. If you’re passionate about what you do, creating consistently and looking to build long-term brand partnerships, we’d love to hear from you. Do I need a certain number of followers?

Not necessarily. We prioritise engaged communities, strong content and clear personal branding over follower count alone. Niche creators with loyal audiences are often highly valuable to brands.

What does management with Relay include?

We manage the business side of your creator career, including:

  • brand partnerships and sponsorships

  • contract negotiation

  • invoicing and payments

  • usage rights and deliverables

  • career strategy and development

  • long-term brand positioning

Will I still have control over my content?

Always. You remain fully in control of your content and creative direction. We only bring you opportunities that align with your values, audience and goals.

Do you take commission?

Yes. Like most management agencies, we work on a commission basis for brand deals we secure and manage. Full details are discussed transparently before any agreement is signed.

Can I still work with brands directly?

We encourage all brand opportunities to come through Relay so we can manage negotiations and ensure you’re properly protected and paid. However, we’re always happy to discuss existing relationships and find what works best.

I’m a part-time creator, can I still apply?

Absolutely. Most of our creators begin part time. We specialise in helping creators grow sustainably and, where desired, transition into full time careers.
